  • Sunday class: call Saturday evening after 5:00 PM
Please arrive to class on time. The Instructor will ONLY hold a bike for 5 minutes after the start of class.

A motivating indoor cycling class set to music that incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance. All fitness levels

A great strength building class that uses weighted barbells and body bars for total body fitness. All fitness levels

BOSU to the CORE
A 15-minute workout that uses the BOSU Ball to target core muscles of the body. All fitness levels

A total body workout on and off the Spinner bike. Interval between cardiovascular work and muscle strength and endurance for a fun and challenging workout that incorporates 40 minutes of spinning with 20 minutes of toning. All fitness levels
